PAN PACIFIC WHISTLER STAY

Location, Location, Location: 

I am the lucky chick that got to visit both the Pan Pacific Mountain and Village Hotels. If you are looking for views of the mountain side believe it or not I would recommend the Village location. The Mountainside location however puts you right in the action of the bike/snow hill and casual walkers roaming the streets of Whistler Village. I honestly do not have a preference but if traveling with more people and kiddos they may find the Mountainside action with people walking views on your balcony pretty amazing. 

Restaurants Near Hotel:

There were two specific restaurants that I were open during this crazy cvid season visit that I highly recommend. At The Raven Room you cannot go wrong with their cocktails as a starter and sharing a few of their amazing mouth watering appetizers. If you are staying at the Mountainside Hotel you will be able to find a cute Irish Pub downstairs facing the bike trail. At Dubh Linn Gate Irish Pub enjoy a great glass of their local wine and what tasted like some of the best home stew for dinner I have ever tasted.

Activities Around Hotel: 

We enjoyed some of the BEST experiences ever! If you have not experienced a helicopter ride Blackcomb Helicopters is the company you need to reach out to fulfill this experience. From flying over the most spectacular mountain and river views to landing on the highest mountain and walking around causally… you can’t really go wrong. Perhaps you have already gone on a helicopter… no worries The Adventure Group has you covered as well. My crew and I decided to take on the zip lining and night walk 948769. Lets just say we are still bragging about the experience and showing our pictures off to everyone lol. Ziplining over the Whistler mountains is something you will literally have to experience first hand… it is an unbelievable site to see. The Vallea Lumina night walk was an unexpected highlight of the trip…. I recommend taking my word and not looking the experience up and simply SHOW UP at 10pm with a ticket. You will thank me. Thank you Tourism Whistler for organizing it all for us! 

Dog Friendly: 

Village location is dog friendly, however the Mountainside is now… so take note and plan accordingly. 

Check in and out: 

Simple check in and out via covid. Check in is only with one person from your party and you can simply check out via a phone call. Remember a mask is mandatory as a check in please! 

Customer Service: 

Phenomenal customer service. We forgot that you have schedule an appointment time for pool time and the reception team made this process extremely easy for us. There is not housekeeping throughout your stay during covid so please reminder this and prepare to tidy up your space accordingly. 

Would I Recommend: 

I already have and still will highly recommend that you stay at the Pan Pacific Whistler Hotel.
