If you follow me on any form of social media, then you must know by now how much I love Goop! Goop literally has everything a girl like me needs- from workout attire to formal wear, to easy-to-follow recipes, to beauty products. It holds every brand you want and they even ship to Canada! At the moment I am really into this whole online shopping and everything ends up at my door.
The creator of Goop is the one and only amazing Gwyneth Paltrow, a beautiful strong empowering woman. I love girl bosses and Gwyneth is nothing short of that, she makes what she does look so easy! I was that girl that watched Great Expectations and instantly liked her style.... The whole badass, hard to get, accomplished chick 'ish is ALWAYS in style.
Recently, I wrote an article for Goop about some of my favorite picks. You guys should all go and check it out if you haven’t already https://goop.com/style/style-profiles/drea-wheelers-wake-up-call-squats-hip-hop-and-a-coconut-butter-coffee/ It wasn’t easy to only choose 5 things- I literally had to hold myself back from ordering half of the website! Yes.... I added the coconut coffee because I am currently building my tolerance for coconut and really enjoy the taste of it. Those of you that can drink coconut water and juice whenever you want are lucky af.
At the end of the month they are hosting an event in Vancouver, where I was invited to teach two of my Bodylicious classes. I am beyond excited to be working with Goop again and honored to be a part of their team. I’ll attach the link, so you can read more about the details of the event and even buy a ticket to join me in Vancouver! https://goop.com/ingoophealth/
In a nutshell it is a two-day event, where you eat well, meet amazing people, attend meaningful workshops and learn about beauty tips and tricks. My dream was to get Bodylicious out to the masses this year and I slowly see my baby coming back to life.
I hope to see you all there!
